From his teenage years, Wissam has been passionate about honey production. He honed his skills under the tutelage of his uncle in the picturesque Bekaa Valley of Lebanon. By observing his uncle closely, Wissam absorbed the intricacies of the craft. When his uncle relocated to Canada, 14-year-old Wissam delved deeper into honey-making, not just to maintain a bond with his mentor but also because he genuinely loved the process. Recognizing his passion, he eventually turned it into a livelihood. Years later, Wissam followed in his uncle's footsteps to Canada, where he set up his own bee farm, producing several tonnes of honey each year.
